I had a fantastic 4-night stay in a Deluxe King Room, enjoying a delicious breakfast spread each morning and the super helpful concierge who gave us great local food tips! The spa and relaxing outdoor swimming pool were perfect spots to unwind after exploring the city. The dining options were decent, but I recommend venturing out for more variety. 😊

Reception is located on the 38th floor, making it a hassle to navigate through two sets of elevators to access amenities. Additionally, the surrounding area can be chaotic, with busy roads that complicate getting taxis or rides. There's also a strange quirk where guests must pay extra to visit the rooftop for unobstructed views, which feels a bit cheap for a hotel of this caliber.

The spacious Club Junior King Suite offered stunning city views, especially at night. Attentive staff ensured a wonderful experience, with special recognition for accommodating vegetarian preferences. However, while breakfast on the 63rd floor provided a good variety, the hotel's food quality was only average. Additionally, the hotel's location, though nearby key attractions, was a bit far from the bustling areas.

I loved enjoying breakfast on the 59th floor with beautiful views of the city and Hồ Tây, and the nearby Thu Le Zoo was perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll, making my stay feel perfectly relaxing and adventurous at the same time.

The views from my Club Deluxe King Room were simply breathtaking, giving me an incredible perspective of Hanoi's skyline. I appreciated the spacious layout and elegance of the hotel. Although the location felt a bit distant from the central attractions, the high-end amenities and attentive staff made my stay enjoyable. I particularly liked the access to the club lounge, which offered a nice retreat after long days exploring the city.

This hotel was a well-suited match for a city break in Hanoi at a reasonable price. The rooftop bar had amazing views and our server Ruby made the experience special with her friendly advice. Definitely make time for the rooftop bar and ask for Ruby.
